Six month Contract Helpdesk Support Analyst Oxford
The Helpdesk Support person will have at least two years formal Desktop support and will have Windows 2000 with a mix of Windows 95, 98, Office 97 and 2000. Installation and support of desktops and several business applications together with some project work (e.g. upgrade to XP) . Support for local desktops, printers and large office equipment incl scanners, photocopiers, faxes etc. Ideally Microsoft accredited and from a professional services background. Mainly Oxford based with occasional visits to other offices in the South.
